Reiki has become the heart of my spiritual practice, and one that I am eager to share with my clients. My early life and spirituality have its roots in the Christian church, which I haven’t completely left behind. Yet, over the years I developed a foundation in other practices, such as meditation and yoga, to help alleviate the suffering often caused by unhealthy rumination, anxiety, and depression. As an older adult, these practices also helped remedy feelings associated with past trauma and grief, allowing me to focus on the things I value most, such as parenting, relationships, and my self-worth. My steadfast journey to seek out more holistic ways to manage physical and emotional pain led me to discover the healing power of Reiki. By sharing the spiritual and therapeutic benefits of Reiki, I hope to strengthen and deepen the path to healing for myself and others.
