It’s a calming experience that can promote emotional clarity, peace, and balance. While this modality is practiced in many ways across belief systems, my approach is prayerful and rooted in my personal faith. You’re always welcome to hear prayers spoken aloud, or I’m happy to remain silently prayerful based on your comfort. No particular belief is required to benefit from this work — all are welcome.
